Literally nothing. You cant even draw or add a note on your "plan" without paying.

There may be a decent app under there, but when I install a free app that doesnt even allow me to make the most basic sketch, but simply takes me to a screen offering me the choice of paying $10, or doing nothing, it feels like a scam.

This is simply a free, self-guided tour through a ten dollar app.

Ive had a lot of fun playing with this app and moving things around. Lots can be done with the free version. I know when we get to fixing up the yard, it will be great. Fun app, beautiful drawings and colors. Easy to use!

My husband and I have a small yard in front of our home in the city. It was in desperate need of an overhaul. Not having any design or garden experience, we had no clue where to start. I did a quick search around and found this app--it was a huge help to us! We were able to recreate our house and yard and come up with a beautiful new design, which we were then able to plant ourselves one weekend. The drawings are great and the interface is really fun to use. Its like a design game! Our front yard was totally transformed and Im so glad we found this app. We plan to use it again when were ready to tackle our backyard!

Im not a skilled designer or very good at gardening, but this app is great. It has a wide variety of beautifully designed elements to mix and match... Its great for imagining what to do with our little plot of land in the city. I use InDesign at work and it has all the functionality I need to easily design a landscape (Id say its much more intuitive too!). They recently added a wedding palette, which Ive been using to try different configurations for our upcoming ceremony and reception. Its accurate enough that I can figure out the size of tent Ill need to fit 150 people. So helpful! As for the people who complained about the in-app purchases, thats only for a few palettes. You can do a lot for free!

This app has great features that let you use a real map to get the shape of your property. It can be hard to use and the app does need work. Make sure your save your progress from time to time because I had it mess up and jumble my layout. But free is free

Who are writing these "great" reviews? Maybe the sellers of the app... Why not just sell the app at the the start instead of giving something that is useless! I would have bought it for the $9.99 but now not even for $1.99! You cant even add a simple shrub without paying and EVERYTHING cost $. So for me to create a simple flowerbed it would cost at least $24.00 with this app.

What a great app.

Its user friendly, but not as precise as Id like it to be. Lines turn out uneven and some typical back yard items arent available, i.e., gravel, rocks, BBQ grill or more options for fences. Also, wish I could change the color on some items. Otherwise, its still a good app for visual use.

This app could be good with a usability specialist on it. It could use better layer functionality. Creating and renaming layers shouldnt be so clunky. Automatic landscape (vs portrait) orientation would be huge. But then theres the issue where saved designs with manual measurements keep getting broken. Saved measurements become much larger than my drawing, with all elements tiny within my space. A broken measurement typically crashes the app when trying to re-edit. The measurement tool is actually useless as there are no rulers or sizes for any other element. Poor, poor job for an initial release. Hire a usability expert and a QA resource.

Great app for a home gardener to play with ideas on their tablet or phone. You can even cut off layers.

This app will not allow you to draw to scale and is awkward to use due to functionality. I worked several hours on a project just to find out that it was missing in my library the following day. I do not recommend this app in its current state.

This app crashes more than a toddler in a bumper car. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1, because the app itself is 4-5 star experience when running. But you know... like I said, its not so great at running. Call me picky, but at $9.99, that aint right.

Its a good app and I like it, however it keeps crashing when I try to open a saved design.

Liked this until the current version invalidated my recently added tools purchase, creating a new version of the addition for an added 9.99 . . .

The newest version invalidated my previous purchase! Keep asking me to buy again the same palette that I bought before for $9. Please fix it!

I made an in-app purchase prior to this update and now I cannot restore my purchase? Please explain! Since I purchased my in-app before and now that it is taken away from me, is this legal????

I just downloaded the app and purchased the full set of in-app purchases,$15. Spent hours working on my first design just to have the app freeze and lose everything. Now it doesnt recognize my purchase and wont let me restore. This app has an amazing set of features but useless if you cant use them.
