No possibility to resize elements you put in tour design. No use for design.

Interesting concept, but fiddly to operate and hard to manipulate the limited number of choices or to get a clear idea of scale. Trees get lost under patios, flower beds refuse to turn or shrink, things disappear for no reason.

Time waster. Dont bother. Control not there.

I wish I could draw on it rather than just using the symbols that it comes with. Id rather just draw using my other app.

Save your money. Poor graphics, hard to use.... A joke really.

Being able to rethink my backyard space over and over endlessly using this app is lots of fun!

When I first downloaded the app I was very happy with it. Unfortunately after I spent many hours creating my yard plan the app started to freeze and loose my work. Very disappointed.

Not bad, however it seems to glitch sometimes. Saves a design (zoomed in & cant retrieve the whole picture).

I wanted to be able to show contractors the modifications I wish to make in my garden and this tool is great in that regard. In enables you to create your design on several layers so that whatever your basic structure or foundation is not altered when you make changes. On the other side this app needs improvement. First and foremost, it crashes often when your deisgn starts to require more memory. Second, you cannot change the colors of the plant, pavement, and so on. Since this already existed in the "90s (MacPaint!) II believe they could do a better job (ex. With all the diversity of colors for pavment nowadays, why is there only "pale grey" and "beige"?

The grid doesnt match up with the rulers, there is no way to actually measure how long a dimension is, the objects you can insert arent scaled... What is the point of this?

No matter what I tried to do, I kept getting pop ups for purchase upgrades. The free version would not allow anything to happen. Why bother?

The free version is terrible! No matter what I wanted to do, the program kept asking me to buy their bundles, at a ridiculous price. The hardscapes had to be one size or shape, there was no modification allowed- decks are built in different shapes, not just square... Not many options, even if you are willing to pay the price. Will definitely be deleting this app.

No functionality in the free version, only adds to buy extra stuff from them. Not recommended. I am deleting it.

Program keeps shutting down. Very frustrating to use. Sounded good but not worth two cents. Hopefully the developers will make some much needed reprogramming.

I feel like the designer is gaming Apples app system to get you to download. This doesnt look good on the designer. This should be listed with a price ($20.99 Cdn) because there is no functionality to try before buying the app.

Make settings section, though, would be its size length and width! Make the size of elementary objects, without it very difficult to draw

The program is lethargic and incredibly can not be worked on horizontally. It would seem you need a programmers mind to use it - definitely not for people of age or the working man. I spent the full $14.99 to purchase every option and ensure I wouldnt meet obstacles and then spent the better part of an hour figuring out the basics AND STILL HAVENT A WORKING DESIGN. The map link that allows you to find the property you are working on is nothing more than google earth and it is impossible to layout a design using it. I will likely call for help to the developer before deleting the program and seeking a refund. Fifteen dollars for frustration - not a good deal.

I purchased this app with all the features. I was unable to use the map feature. And the grid lines werent adjustable in anyway that made sense to me.

Much better map resolution in this version! I know it’s still limited to Google Earth’s available images, but my property is now clearer. My yard has a lot of tree cover so the Google map doesn’t show every detail of my property, but I turned the map layer off and manually added those details. I now have a very useful base map of my whole yard. Right now I’m designing new flower beds, herb gardens, and a water feature to install next spring. With a combination of structures and basic shapes, I can lay out my house and barn exactly to scale. I like using the Grow Veg app to plan out my veg garden, and then using this app for designing my whole property. I haven’t found any other app that lets me do this.
